As your property management team during this unfortunate and challenging timeframe, we wanted to assure you that we are & have been working diligently to conduct our business under the guidelines advised & now ordered by the State of Virginia & CDC.
We have altered our work hours and reduced our staff as well as rotating employees within the office at the same time and part of our staff will be working remotely from our homes.
As a follow-up, we wish to advise that we will be handling work order requests on an as needed basis for emergencies only for this period of time to abide by the guidelines required by the CDC and for the protection of our tenants and vendors.
As we progress through this period of uncertainty, please keep our office fully informed of any changes that may occur with your family. We plan to keep actively engaged in any decisions that need addressed and look forward to providing the leadership you expect from us during this event.
Our office is currently closed to public access, but we do have a drop box at the rear door for delivery of payments/documents/correspondence, etc. We would appreciate any communication to be sent directly to us by email as we will be able to respond in a more timely manner:
